COMMUNICATION POLICY

COMMUNICATION POLICY

At Comasters, we understand that communication is vital in meeting your needs. Therefore, we will endeavour to do the following:

  • Keep you informed as much as possible about your matter.
  • Advise you of any foreseen delays.
  • Explain and send to you copies of important correspondence.
  • Advise you at the end of your matter on anything further which needs to be done.

FEES AND EXPENSES

FEES AND EXPENSES

We are always happy to discuss new matters initially on the telephone without obligation. Our clients are usually advised in advance an estimate of fees and expenses that will be incurred for completing the work required.

If an unexpected event develops that requires a change to our original estimated fees, we will inform you immediately and seek your instructions.

WORKING TOGETHER

WORKING TOGETHER

To enable us to provide to you the best legal service possible, you can assist us by doing the following:

  • Tell us if you have important time constraints.
  • Make sure that we understand your instructions correctly.
  • Tell us promptly if any important questions or change in circumstances arise.
  • Advise us if you require a progress report.
  • Make an appointment before seeing us. This will enable us to give you proper attention. You should make an appointment even if the issue is urgent.
  • Make sure that you understand the likely fees and disbursements involved in fulfilling your instructions.
